Formerly known as raised-panels.com, Wainscoting Depot has been the preferred supplier to several national home builders and suppliers since 2003.

Traditionally wainscoting has been found in only the most exclusive environments.   Architecturally detailed wall panels have historically been costly to produce, install and finish. The technicians at Wainscoting Depot spent several years researching the design proportions of raised wall panels in historically significant buildings, and developed a proprietary state of the art system that incorporates the look of old world craftsmanship. The result is a computer aided manufacturing process that allows Wainscoting Depot to provide:

• Design raised wall panels to a specific room’s dimensions and characteristics.
• Produce exceptionally durable large raised panels from a  single sheet of wood composite product.
• Produce large raised wall panels that can be quickly and easily installed.
• Create the look and feel of traditional raised wall paneling at a fraction of the cost.

Our Wainscoting Depot production is technology-driven. It is a flexible system that produces uniformly consistent heirloom-quality raised panels. This flexible system enables our engineers to manufacture panels to accommodate any size and configuration of room. The seamless, interlocking panels are pre-primed and ready for final finishing.  The panels can be quickly and seamlessly installed and painted for a beautiful historic look that rivals conventional raised paneling.

Unlike hardwood panels, which change sizes with the weather, our wainscoting panels are structurally stable – eliminating unsightly separation of seams.

The use of drywall with wood moldings is time consuming and labor intensive. Our unique system offers the discriminating builder and owner the look and feel of custom paneling in less time than it takes to drywall a room.
