Returns

Please contact customer service vie e-mail (support@wainscotingdepot.com) or via toll-Free at 866-439-4296 when returning an item to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.  Please note that we will repair or replace any item that is defective at no additional cost to the customer.  We will also strive to correct any issues arising at the jobsite.  Incorrect measurements do not warrant a return.

Items must be returned or exchanged within 30 days of receipt.

If an item is returned, the purchase price of the item (less shipping) will be refunded to the customer via the payment method used at time of purchase.
